How is this different from generic fitness apps and online coaches?
Our coaches are experienced kinesiologists with a 5-year university degree and real coaching experience, not a weekend certification. Unlike AI apps or coaches with short online courses, a kinesiologist understands biomechanics, physiology and injury prevention at a depth you can't get in a 3-day course. You get the expertise of an in-person trainer, online, at a fraction of the cost.
Do I need a gym membership?
No! Your trainer designs programs based on whatever equipment you have, whether that's a full gym, dumbbells at home, or just your bodyweight. Tell us what you have access to and we'll work with it.
What if I've never worked out before?
Perfect! We work with complete beginners all the time. Your trainer will start you with the fundamentals, teach proper form, and progress you safely as you build confidence and strength.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can pause or cancel your membership anytime from your account settings.
How long are the workouts?
This depends on your goals and schedule! Workouts typically range from 30-75 minutes. Your trainer will design a program that fits your available time while still delivering results.
Will my trainer help with nutrition?
Your trainer provides general nutrition guidance aligned with your training goal. On the Premium plan, where the trainer is with you on every workout, there's room to discuss nutrition habits in more detail during your calls.
How fast can I expect to see results?
While everyone is different, most clients notice an increase in energy and better sleep within the first 2 weeks. Visual changes in body composition typically begin to show around weeks 4-6 of consistent training.
How does the coach matching work?
When you complete our short onboarding survey, we analyze your goals, experience level, and available equipment. We then personally match you with the degree-holding kinesiologist on our team whose expertise best aligns with your specific needs.
