Stay strong, mobile, and confident in every trimester – with a coach who understands pregnancy and postpartum.
Trimester, pelvic floor, and recovery aren't "one size fits all." We build your plan around your phase and how you feel.
Plans and apps rarely account for trimester, history, or how you feel week to week.
Posture, balance, and joints shift as your baby grows – your training should adapt with you.
Good programming actively protects against diastasis recti and manages intra-abdominal pressure — not just "avoids crunches".
The right pace and choices matter more than rushing back.

Your training, your phase
You share trimester, history, and what your doctor has cleared you for.
A certified coach builds a plan for your phase, energy, and equipment.
Regular check-ins; if something feels off, we adjust the same week.

"Every pregnancy is different. My job is to make sure your training respects that – and keeps you feeling strong, not depleted."
I was scared to work out during pregnancy. Ozana built a plan that made me feel safe and strong all the way to week 38.
Maja R.
3rd trimester
Started at 28 weeks. My hips were killing me and the sessions actually helped. Gentle, nothing pushed. Felt so much better after each one. Would tell any mum with an okay pregnancy to give it a go.

Week 28, pregnancy
The weekly check-ins made all the difference. When my back started hurting in the second trimester, we adjusted immediately.

Questions
Can I start training if I didn't work out before pregnancy?
Yes – but the starting point looks different. We focus on gentle strength, breathing, and posture first, then carefully build up. We always ask that you get clearance from your doctor before starting.
Is it safe to lift weights while pregnant?
For many women, yes – with the right load, exercise selection, and technique. Your coach chooses movements and intensities that match your phase, history, and doctor's guidance.
When can I start training after birth?
This depends on the type of birth and your recovery. We typically start with very gentle work (breathing, pelvic floor awareness, walking) once your doctor gives you the green light, then progress step by step.
What if I have diastasis recti, back pain, or pelvic floor issues?
That's exactly what specialised prenatal coaching is for. Ozana is NEPPE-certified and trained specifically to work with diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and common pregnancy complaints. She knows what to avoid and, more importantly, what actively helps.
How does the cost compare to prenatal apps or local classes?
Prenatal apps cost €10–20/month but offer generic plans with no individual context. Local prenatal classes run €40–80/month with fixed schedules that are hard to fit around life with a newborn. MyFittio is €89/month for a 1:1 plan designed for your specific trimester, history, and goals — with weekly adjustments by a certified coach.
How much does it cost?
Coaching starts from €89/month. After your quiz, we'll share the exact options that match your situation. No commitment until you decide.
