Delete Your Account
If you would like to delete your MyFittio account and the data associated with it, please fill out the form below. We will process your request and confirm once the deletion is complete.
How it works
- Enter the email address associated with your MyFittio account below.
- Optionally provide a reason for your deletion request.
- Submit the form. Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
What data is deleted
The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your account profile and personal information
- Training programs, workout history, and progress data
- Messages and communication with your trainer
- Payment method details
What data is retained
For legal and tax compliance purposes, we are required to retain:
- Invoices and transaction records (retained for up to 6 years as required by law)
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of submission.
