Do I need a gym membership?

What if I've never worked out before?
Perfect! We work with complete beginners all the time. Your trainer will start you with the fundamentals, teach proper form, and progress you safely as you build confidence and strength.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can pause or cancel your membership anytime from your account settings.
How long are the workouts?
This depends on your goals and schedule! Workouts typically range from 30-75 minutes. Your trainer will design a program that fits your available time while still delivering results.
Will my trainer help with nutrition?
On the Premium plan, your trainer provides general nutrition guidance. On Professional, you get detailed custom nutrition plans with macro targets and meal timing strategies to match your training.
How fast can I expect to see results?
While everyone is different, most clients notice an increase in energy and better sleep within the first 2 weeks. Visual changes in body composition typically begin to show around weeks 4-6 of consistent training.
How does the coach matching work?
When you complete our short onboarding survey, we analyze your goals, experience level, and available equipment. We then personally match you with the certified kinesiologist on our team whose expertise best aligns with your specific needs.
